摘要
国有企业是国民经济的支柱,在国有企业改革和结构调整过程中,分配制度的改革必然要涉及到就业结构调整。只有提高企业竞争力,才能减免下岗失业和再就业的压力,促进企业发展,提供更多的就业岗位;只有把握好国有企业的改革力度,相关部门协调一致,共同做好下岗职工再就业工作,才能平稳地推进我省企业改革的发展。
State-owned enterprises are the pillar of national economy. It is sure that the reform of the distribution system will affect the adjustment of employment structure in the course of state-owned enterprises reform and structure adjustment. Only by improving the enterprises competitiveness can the pressure of laid-off and reemployment be reduced, the development of enterprises be promoted and more employment opportunity be provided. Only by adjusting the reform force of state-owned enterprises and all relevant departments working in concert and harmony, can the enterprises reform be developed stably in Guizhou province.
