摘要
文章认为在现代教育管理中应充分体现对人性的理解与尊重。要用以人为本的思想改变教育管理中的诸多弊端 ,使我们的教育管理更符合社会发展的新趋势。
The Paper argues that the understanding and respect for human nature should are fully embodied in the modern education management and that we should adopt the person-based idea to reduce the problems existing in education management and to comply with the new trend as well.
