摘要
物业管理教育培训在我国是一个新的课题。文章通过分析物业管理教育培训存在的问题 ,从教育培训体系建设、师资建设、教材建设、实务训练教学基地建设等方面阐明了物业管理教育培训的发展对策和措施。
Community management and training is a new topic in China.Comparing to specialized training,there are many problems in community management and training.The paper expounds the measures of community management and training development about improvement of training system,teachers,teaching material and realistic training,etc.The excellent training model is further discussed.
