摘要
根据遂昌县生态公益林建设情况及社会现状,分析了生态公益林建设面临的6大问题。提出了应积极提升生态公益林建设的法律(规)地位,在农业开发上应遵循生态优先原则,和建立良好的生态效益补偿机制的对策。
Based on establishment of ecological forest and current social situation in Suichang county, Zhejiang province and analysis on 6 problems demonstrated that the establishment of ecological forest should be ruled by law, agriculture development should give priority to ecology and establish a compensation system.
