明清时,林业发展呈现出前所未有的兴盛局面,林木杂果的栽培经营管理技术更加精湛,林业商品经济也不断发展,但林业资源仍处于持续人为破坏之中,一些有识之士在林业重要性、林业经济、林业荒政和以法治林等方面都有精辟独特的认识,成为林业经营管理思想史上的宝贵资料。

At Ming and Qing Dynasty, forestry had been developed, cultivation and management of forest and fruit tree had improved, but forest resources had been destroyed. Some far-sighted persons put forward different proposals on forestry economy, forest resources and relative laws and regulations.
