摘要
针对影响单位工程造价的现场签证这一环节 ,从现场的管理、施工单位的人为因素及结算三方面 ,分析了现场签证工作中存在的问题 。
Sits visa influences unit construction cost, in this paper according to this feature from three aspects: site management, human factors and project settlement the issues existed in site visa are analyzed; meanwhile, the control range and matters needing attention of site visa are also discussed.
