摘要
对影响建筑物寿命的主要原因作了分析 ,结合多年的观察、考证 ,阐述了在使用、维护管理建筑物的过程中 ,存在的一些应注意和需要改进的问题 。
The main factors influencing the service life of buildings are analyzed and combined with several years' survey and research the matters needing attention in use and maintenance process are elaborated as well as improvement measures for building maintenance.
