摘要
以天津市推行工程量清单计价的基本做法为例 ,通过对工程量清单计价方式与预算报价方式的比较分析 。
Taking Tianjin as example based upon comparative analysis on engineering bill pricing and estimation pricing the basic ways to carry out engineering bill pricing are introduced. Author points out that this pricing method is the best mode to establish the mode with market-set prices for building products of China.
