摘要
从材料和结构工艺2方面分析了石棉TB880E型全断面岩石掘进机离合器摩擦片的失效原因,选用了半金属基摩擦材料替代石棉树脂摩擦材料,摩擦片结构采用粘接加铆接形式,工艺流程采用干法工艺,包括热模压圆环、热处理、磨平面及内外圆、加工铆钉孔等工序,研制出了摩擦系数稳定、磨损率小的半金属摩擦片取代石棉产品。
The failure reasons of the friction facing on clutch Disc in Tunnel Boring Machine TB880E are analyzed.The compositions,processing and properties of semi-metallic resin-based friction materials are investigated.The friction plate structure is bonding and riveting,the adopted dry process includes hot process in mold,heattreatment,grinding and rivet holding.The results show that the friction and wear properties of the newly developed friction facings are better than those of imported asbestos resin-based facings.
