6-氨基青霉烷酸晶体生长过程中杂质对晶习的影响

摘要 考察了青霉素G,丙酮和苯乙酸(PAA)杂质在6 氨基青霉烷酸(6 APA)结晶过程中对晶习的影响及其在乙醇溶液中的生长过程。发现6 氨基青霉烷酸在乙醇溶液的生长过程中存在由菱形晶体向六面体晶体的晶习转变;6 APA晶体在青霉素G存在时趋向于破碎;在丙酮存在时变厚;在苯乙酸存在时易于形成六面形晶体。 The effects of impurity of penicillin G,acetone and phenoxyacetic acid (PAA) on habit of 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) in the process of its crystallization and the growth of 6-aminopenicillanic acid in the solution of ethanol are studied.It is found that a crystal shape change of 6-APA from rhombus to hexahedron occurs during its growth in the solution of ethanol,the crystals of 6-aminopenicillanic acid are inclined to break with the existence of penicillin G,tend to be thicker if acetone is in the solution,and grows into hexahedron together with PAA.
