竖管降膜蒸发器多层喷淋盘式分布器的流量计算

Flow Calculation of the Multilayer Sprinkling Tray Distributor of the Vertical Tube-type Falling-film Evaporator

为了为应用于竖管降膜蒸发器的多层喷淋盘式分布器的结构设计提供理论依据,对该分布器的流量计算公式进行了推导。多层喷淋盘式分布器的流量计算应按薄壁孔口出流和管嘴出流2种情况分别处理。给出了相应的计算公式,并进行了分析。以此为依据可确定各分布盘上筛孔的直径,给出了计算方法。用此方法对分布器进行了设计,进而通过实验验证了其精确性。

The flow calculation formulas of the tray distributor are developed in order to offer theoretical bases for the structure design of the multilayer sprinkling tray distributor applied to the vertical tube-type falling-film evaporator.The flow calculation of the tray distributor must be solved according to thin-wall hole flowout and pipe-nozzle flowout.The corresponding calculation formulas are given and analyzed.According to the formulas,the hole diameter of every distribution tray may be determined,the calculation method is given.The distributors are designed in this way and the accuracy is proved by further experiments.
