采访改革:以馆员为中心转向以专家为中心——专家网上荐购图书的实践与思考

本文结合河海大学图书馆在文献资源建设工作上所做的改革性探索 ,论述了文献采访工作应当变以馆员为中心为以专家为中心 ,馆员的任务就是为专家提供周道的专业服务。

Combined with the literature resources construction reform of Hohai University Library,the paper points out the transition from the Librarian oriented concept to the experts oriented concept by the acquisition practice and the tasks of librarian is to serve the experts professionally.
