高校图书馆向社会开放可以从六个方面着手。必须转变经营理念 ,调整内部机构 ;同时注意处理好两个关系 :一是处理好高校图书馆服务的主要对象与次要对象的关系 ;

Academic libraries can start form six aspects to open to society:refresh manage idea,adjust inner organizations;deal well with two relationships:one is to deal well with the relationship of main objects and less important objects of academic libraries service;the second is to deal well with the relationship with other academic libraries.
