收集了十余种目前应用于国内外多行业的固态培养(发酵)装置,对其中某些装置的利用方法、原理或产品生产进行了粗略的介绍,与深层发酵作比较,对固态发酵技术的优缺点进行了阐述,剖析了制约固态发酵技术规模化生产的因素,指出了完善固态发酵技术需要进一步探索的问题.

More than ten sotrs of solid-state cultivation & fermentation device are collected in this paper,which are now being applied in many trades in our country and abroad.Some of them are introduced on the method,theory,and their merits and demerits in comparison with the liquid-State cultivation &,fermentation.The paper has analysed the encumbering reasons of enlarging production,and pointed out the problems need to be explored for the skills.
