摘要
运用基线校正和方差技术处理了不同产地的相同种类中药材的近红外光谱.基线校正有效地扣除了基线漂移对近红外光谱信号的影响,方差技术确定了近红外光谱的富信息区域与贫泛信息区域,通过方差的变化率可以初步确定富信息区域中的强信息区间.
The near infrared spectra for traditional Chinese medicines ginseng and milk-vetch-root samples of different geographical areas has udied by using baseline-revise and standard deviation basic approaches. The influences from baseline-excursion for spectra signal have been availably deducted by baseline-revise approach. The standard deviation approach can confirm rich information and poor information areas and strong information areas in the rich information areas can been confirmed by the variety of standard deviation.
