摘要
芳基乙炔聚合物具有优良的耐热性能 ,可作为热防护材料的基体树脂 ;后处理温度和树脂含量对芳基乙炔 /碳复合材料的强度有明显影响 ,后处理温度升高 ,材料的力学性能下降 ,树脂含量在 30 %左右时 ,复合材料具有较好的力学性能 ;芳基乙炔 /碳复合材料在 2 4 0℃的强度保留率高达 95 %以上 。
Polyarylacetylene (PAA resin) is a new heat-resistant polymer that can be used as ablation materials.The treatment temperature and resin content have a great influence on the mechanical properties of PAA/C composites.With the increasing of treatment temperature,the mechanical properties will decrease;when the resin content is about 30%,the mechanical properties is the best.the strength retention ratio of this composites at 240℃ is above 95%,better than all heat-resistant materials inuse currently.
