热固性PF/PU复合体系的收缩性能 被引量:4

摘要 将端羟基封端和端羧基封端的聚氨酯 (PU)预聚物分别与酚醛树脂 (PF)固化 ,制备了两种体系的复合物。通过测试其体系收缩率 ,结果表明 :随着聚氨酯预聚物加入量的增加 ,PF/PU共混物的体积收缩率明显变小 ,并能达到负值。端羧基PU的低收缩性能更为显著 ,当其加入量在 5 <WPU -2 <10之间时 ,便可使PF/PU复合物到达零收缩。 The hydroxyl-terminated and carboxyl-terminated PU-prepolymer were prepared and cured respectively with PF.The volume shrinkage of two composites were measured,the results show that volume shrinkage of composites decreases greatly with W PU increasing,even can be a negative number;effect of carboxyl-terminated PU-prepolymer is better,the volume shrinkage will be zero with the percentage of carboxyl-terminated PU-prepolymer being between five and ten.while thermal stability of two composite systems is still good by TG.
