摘要
复合材料中增强材料与基体间的界面具有复杂的结构 ,具有传递应力的能力。通过对界面结构的研究和表征 ,促进对复合材料界面近程结构的认识 ,扩大其应用领域。利用X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)研究了碳纤维 /杂萘联苯聚醚砜 (CF/PPES)的界面状态和结构 ,证明了CF/PPES的界面上确有新的化学结构出现 。
The interface between fibers and matrix of composites was a very complicated structure, it was the bridge for the stress transfer. Therefore the interfacial structure was complicated as well as important. The study and characterization of the interfacial structure could help to find out the short range structure of the composites, and then expand the design and complication of the composites. In this paper, the interfacial state and structure of carbon fiber/ Poly Phthalazinone Ether Sulfone(CF/PPES) composites had been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). It revealed that there were new functional groups on the interface of fibers and polymer, and they formed strong physical and chemical interaction on the interface of CF/PPES.
