摘要
对3种芦荟多糖体内抗肿瘤药效及其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响进行了比较研究.结果表明:3种芦荟多糖对S180实体瘤均有一定的抑制作用,其中在100mg kg剂量下效果最佳,其抑瘤率分别为50 58%(PAVL)、43 51%(PAAM)和40 13%(PAC);除PAAM低剂量组外,其他各组均可显著延长H22小鼠的生存时间(P<0 05或P<0 01),其中PAVL在100mg kg时生存期达(21 45±3 47)d,明显优于AP对照组(P<0 05);此外,5-Fu组胸腺指数和脾指数较生理盐水组有所降低,而各给药组(个别低剂量组除外)的胸腺指数和脾指数明显提高,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0 05或P<0 01),与5-Fu组比较有极显著差异(P<0 01).结论:3种芦荟多糖均具有一定的抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用,但在同等剂量下,PAVL各组对S180小鼠瘤重、胸腺指数和脾指数及其对H22小鼠的生命延长率等均优于PAAM和PAC.
In this experiment, the anti-tumor function and the immune function of three kinds of Aloe polysaccharides(AP) are studied comparably on tumor mice. And the result shows that all kinds of the AP have unti-tumor effects to S_(180) entity-tumor mice. when the dose is 100 mg/kg, the inhibitory tumor rates are 50.58%(PAVL)、43.51%(PAAM)and 40.13%(PAC). All groups of three kinds of the AP except PAAM can remarkably prolong H_(22) mice life time(P<0.05 or P<0.01). At the dose of 100 mg/kg, the survival time of PAVL can rise to (21.45±3.47) days, which is prominently superior to AP. Furthermore, 5-Fu can reduce the spleen index and thymus index to a lower lever than that of the blank group. While most drug (except some low dose ) can markedly raise the two indexes, which are superior to blank group(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and to 5-Fu group(P<0.01). It can be concluded that when at the same dose, PAVL have better effects than PAAM and PAC on anti-tumor effects and immune regulation function to tumor mice.
