摘要 在油田洗井废水处理及回用的过程中,利用了移动式处理装置.由于洗井废水水质变化复杂,同时各处理单元均为物化处理工艺,投加絮凝剂是保证处理效果的关键.通过絮凝剂的对比实验和单因素投药量实验进行了JSB-2絮凝剂的应用研究.研究结果表明,JSB-2絮凝剂作为一种两性水溶性聚电解质,充分发挥了无机和有机絮凝剂的优势,达到了协同互补的效应,在应用过程中,药剂投加量较少,形成的絮体密实,沉降快速,是一种可应用于洗井废水处理的高效混凝剂.JSB-2絮凝剂的最佳投药量随水质变化而变化,也会受到污染物质成分变化以及油与悬浮固体之间交互作用的影响.通过回归分析研究了水质与JSB-2絮凝剂投药量之间的关系,得出了JSB-2絮凝剂的投药量方程,具有一定的实际应用价值. The mobile treatment instrument is used in treatment and reuse of well cleanout wastewater of oil field. Because the wastewater quality changes complicatedly and every treatment unit is physical and chemical process, flocculant dosing is the key to ensure treatment effect. Research for application of JSB-2 flocculant is carried out by means of flucclants comparison and dosage experiments. The results showed that the JSB-2 flocculant, as a kind of water-soluble polymeric electrolyte with cation and anion, can exert advantages of organic and inorganic flucculants with cooperative effect and can be applied with less dosage, more compact floc and rapid sedimentation speed and is an effective flocculant for well cleanout wastewater treatment. As wastewater quality changes, the optimal dosage changes too, the pollutant components and the interaction between oil and suspended solids have an effect on the optimal dosage. Regress equation of dosage and wastewater quality parameter is educed through regress analysis, which has definite actual application valve.
