摘要
目的:调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.COPD)患者社会支持评分对疗效的影响,寻求增加社会支持的可能性。 方法:57例COPD患者住院常规治疗结束后1周内接受了社会支持评定量表调查。 结果:全部患者中显效11例(19％),有效34例(60％),无效12例(21％),主观支持维度比较中,显效与有效患者的“您与朋友”(2.87±0.42)、“您与邻居”(2.65±0.39)、“您与同事”(2.39±0.40)和“您与家庭成员”(7.73±1.41)条目得分均明显高于无效患者(2.04±0.41,1.95±0.40,1.81±0.37和4.92±1.35)(t=2.134～2.461,P均<0.05),客观支持维度比较中,显效与有效患者所有条目得分均明显高于无效患者(t=2.115～2.357,P均<0.05),个人利用度维度比较 中,显效与有效患者的所有条目得分也均高于无效患者(t=2.129～2.236,P均<0.05)。 结论:COPD患者的社会支持评分与疗效关系密切。
AIM: To study the effect of scores of social supports on the therapeutic effect in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to discuss the possibility of increasing social supports.
METHODS: Totally 57 COPD patients were measured by the social support rating scale in one week after the routine treatment in hospital. RESULTS: All of patients, 19% (11/57) were with obvious effect, 60% (37/57) with effect and 21% (12/57) with no effect. In comparison of dimensionality of subjective support, the scores of 'you and your friends' (2. 87 ± 0. 42), you and your neighbour' (2. 65 ± 0. 39), you and your colleague' (2. 39 ±0. 40) and 'you and your family' (7. 73 ± 1. 41) in patients with obvious effect and effect were significantly higher than those in patients with no effect(2. 04±0. 41, 1. 95 ±0. 40,1. 81 ±0. 37 and 4. 92 ±
1.35) (t =2. 134 -2. 461, P < 0.05). In comparison of dimensionality of objective support, the scores of all items in patients with obvious effect and effect were significantly higher than those in patients with no effect (t =
2.115 -2. 357, P < 0. 05) . In comparison of dimensionality of individual utilization, the scores of all items in patients with obvious effect and effect were also higher than those in patient with no effect (t = 2. 129 - 2. 236, P
<0.05).
CONCLUSION: The scores of social support is elosely related to the therapeutic effect in patients with COPD.
