摘要 环境雌激素是一类环境污染物,种类繁多,这类物质的结构与内源性雌激素相似,可与下丘脑、垂体、子宫等脏器的雌激素受体结合,对生殖发育过程、内分泌系统、癌症发生机制产生不利的影响。然而适量的植物性雌激素却有利于人体的健康,可降低乳腺癌、心血管疾病、绝经后骨质疏松以及更年期潮热的发病率。但是长期接触合成雌激素或异源性雌激素可对人体造成慢性危害。文章介绍了环境雌激素的定义、一般特性、分类及来源,重点综述了近年来环境雌激素对人和动物的生殖、发育、肿瘤发生、神经系统、免疫系统等方面影响的研究,以及植物雌激素对某些疾病的预防作用。
