摘要
目的:肝肾亏虚、痰瘀阻络是动脉粥样硬化(artherosclerosis,AS)的基本病机,据此研制软脉冲剂,通过临床试验证明其对动脉粥样硬化的预防及治疗作用。 方法:治疗组57例,斑块数71,对照组30例,斑块数38。以超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化斑块为主要指标,用绞股蓝总甙片进行二比一随机对照观察;测定两组在治疗2个疗程后血脂、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化脂质(lipid peroxides,LPO)及血液流变学指标的变化。 结果:治疗组斑块消除13块,减退35块,无变化20块,加重3块;对照组分别为1,3,14和20块,治疗组优于对照组(u=8.157,P<0.01)。软脉冲剂可减少动脉内中膜厚度,降低血胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、LPO、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原和红细胞压积,升高血SOD[治疗组治疗前为(1.49±0.32),治疗后为(1.79±0.40)nkat/L](t=4.46,P<0.01),疗效皆优于对照组,长期服用无明显毒副反应。 结论:软脉冲剂有预防AS早期病变,抗血脂、抗氧化、抗血栓、改善血液流变学的作用。
AIM:Vessel-softening granule has been developed based on the mechanism of atherosclerosis lying in deficiency of the liver and kidney and obstruction by phlegm and blood stasis.Clinical observations have proved its effect on the treatment of atherosclerosis.
METHODS:The ultrasonic detected atherosclerosis plaques of the cervical arteries were used as the main index,compared with gypenoside tablet The number of the patients was 57 with 71 plaques in the treatment group and 30 with 38 plaques in the control group.
RESULTS:The results showed that in the treatment group,13 plaques disappeared,35 subsided,20 remained unchanged,3 aggravated,while in the control group the corresponding number was 1,3,14 and 20,respectively.The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (u = 8.157,P < 0.01).Vessel-softening granule has better effects in reducing the thickness of the inner tunica media,improving clinical symptoms,decreasing cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,peroxyester,whole blood low shear rate viscosity,fibrinogen and packed erythrocyte volume and increasing super oxide dismutase.[before treatment:(1.49±0.32),after treatment:(1.79±0.40)nkat/L,t = 4.46,P <0.01] It has no obvious toxic side effects after long-term administration.
CONCLUSION:This study has demonstrated that vessel-softening granule has safe and better therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis.
