摘要
研究了以丙烯酰胺和甲醛为原料合成亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)的新工艺,以磷酸为催化剂,水为溶剂于50℃~75℃下反应2.5h,产品产率可达86%,讨论了影响合成反应的各因素.
The new technique of synthesizing Methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) through the reaction of acrylamide and formaldehyde going on 2.5h at the temperature of 50℃~75℃ using concentrated phosphoric acid as catalyst and water as solvent is introduced. Its recovery reached 86%. And the factors influencing the reactions have also been studied.
