摘要
针对目前微格教学训练中存在的普遍问题进行分析,结合教学实际,阐述了以外显形式表现的教学技能只有通过内隐的心智技能来调控才能够有效获得,以及二者之间密不可分的关系 在此基础上。
This paper analyzes the general existed problems in microteaching training at present. With reference to actual teaching, it points out that the performance of visible teaching skills is determined by invisible intellectual qualities and the two can never be separated. And by discussing how to train intellectual qualities and how to carry out the actual training, it proposes ways in the effective training in microteaching.
