Types of Evaluative Meanings and Their Interrelationship

评价意义在语言的世界图景中占据着重要地位。评价意义的类型可以归纳为“好—中立—不好” ,“好”和“不好”的评价意义是其中的强成分 ,中立评价意义是其中的弱成分。各种评价意义之间的相互关系在言语中得到了直接或间接的体现。就现代俄语并列复合句来说 ,复合句两个部分的评价意义的组合模式有 9种 ,其中最为常见的有 4种 ;在表达联合意义的结构中 ,中立评价意义会被同化 ,在表达对比意义的结构中 ,中立评价意义会发生异化 ,与此同时 ,正面与反面的评价也不是一成不变的。

Evaluation is an important modality in language. Evaluative meanings fall into three types: Positive, Neutral and Negative,with Positive and Negative as strong positions and Neutral as a weak one. The relations between different types of evaluative meanings are directly or indirectly reflected in language. For example,the evaluative meaning between the conjoined clauses of Russian compound sentences can have nine different types, with four being the most common. The neutral evaluation in a coordinate sentence will be drawn to an adjacent polar position,whereas in a contrastive sentence it will be pushed to the opposite extreme.
