摘要
本文对石竹科部分属的植物进行了细胞分类学研究。结果表明:女娄莱属、剪秋罗属和狗筋蔓属的染色体基数均为X=12;麦瓶草属的染色体基数有X=6,8,9,10,12,14,15,17,该属染色体基数的主要演化趋势为:X=6→X=12→X=10→X=9→X=18→X=17→X=15→X=14;麦仙翁属的染色体基数为X=12,14。五个属间有着密切的亲缘关系,它们可能是从一个共同的古老祖先(X=6)演化而来的。
This paper is systematic cytotaxonomy studies to plants of five genera of Caryophyllaceae. The results obtained show that the basic chromosome numbers of Melandrium, Lychnis L. and Cucubalus L. are all x=12.The basic chromosome numbers of Silene L. are x=6,8,9,10,12,14,15,17. The principal evolution trend of basic chromosome numbers of this genus belongs to X=6→X=12→X=10→X=9→X=18→X=17→X=15→X=14. The basic chromosome numbers of Agrostemma L. are X=12,14. This paper reveals that the five genera have a kind of intimate consanguinity relationship. They may evolve from a common ancient ancestry.
