摘要
本文应用超薄切片、冰冻断裂、扫描电镜等技术,对茶毛虫核多角体病毒侵染后宿主细胞病理超微结构的变化等进行了研究。结果表明:病毒侵染72—120小时后,宿主中肠细胞器,如线粒体、内质网、核糖体、板层小体、溶酶体等均有明显的病变。同时,在中肠细胞表面有病毒粒子吸附外,细胞表面的微绒毛亦有倒塌肿胀等病症表现。
Cytopathology of mjdgut cells of Euproctis pseudoconspersa infected with a nuclear polyhedrosis virus was studied by transmission electron microscope, seannig electron microscope DMSO cracking method, ultramicrotome, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis and negative staining method. Between 48—120 hours infected with EpNPV, host cellular organs had apparently pathological changes. Nucleus enlarged, virogenie stroma existed within the nucleus. The number of mitoehondria increased, mitochondria hypertrphym in late infection. vacuole-like and myline-like appeared. Rough endoplasmie retieulum proliferated, ribosomes adhered to RER's surface closely. and then ribosomes took off its surface, concentric multilayered structure-special rough endoplasmic reticulum appeared. There are a lot of ribosomes within in nucleus and cytoplasma. Lysosomes made phagocytosis actively. Mierovillis of infected cells enlarged. and were finally almost absent from cells. The cells hyperthophy and possessed rough surface with small protrusions. Based on all above, some evidence were given to about virus replication and interaction with host cells.
