摘要
测定了番茄叶霉病菌产生的糖蛋白毒素粗提物对不同番茄品种种子萌发 ,胚根、胚芽生长的抑制作用和对叶片的致病性。测定结果表明 ,针刺处理 ,叶片可产生褪绿斑 ;浸渍处理 ,叶片褪绿 ,边缘变褐 ,对幼苗有致萎作用 ;不同品种对毒素粗提物的敏感性具有一定的差异 ;同一品种毒素浓度越高 ,对种子的萌发抑制率 ,胚根、胚芽生长抑制率也越高。
Inhibition of seed germination, root growth and seedling growth and pathogonicity of leaves to polydisperse glyxoprotein produced by cladosporium fulvum was tested. Bioassay results show that leaves can produce yellow points by acupuncture-method and brown on the edge by soaking,and the pathotoxin can cause seedlings to wilt. Also,the sensibility of different varieties to pathotoxin was different. For the same variety, the higher the concentration is,the higher the inhibition rates of seed germination,root growth and seedling growth are.
