摘要
介绍了农业分析室在大型精密仪器的管理与使用方面的具体做法。管理方面应注重简化体制,注重人才队伍建设,并建立相应的有偿使用制度;使用上则应努力做到教学、科研、生产相结合;并提出了常抓不懈、改变观念等几点有效管理大型精密仪器、充分发挥其功能的想法。只有科学地管理,才能充分发挥人、财、物的最佳效益。
Detailed methods of the administration and use of the large precision instruments in the laboratory of agricultural analysis are introduced. In the management, the system should be simplified, the talents group construction should be paid special attention to, and the corresponding system of paid use should be established. In the use, the teaching should be combined with the research and the production. Meanwhile, the ideas to manage the large precision instrument effectively and bring their roles into full play are put forward, such as not slacking off in the management, changing to the new ideas and so on. Thus, only with the scientific administration, the best benefits of people, finance and material can be realized.
