摘要 运用藻类毒性测试的标准方法,研究了苯乙烯(styrenen)对几种藻类的生长和叶绿素a含量的影响.得出苯乙烯对铜绿微囊藻(MicrocystisaerugionosaK櫣tz.)、小新月菱形藻(NitzschiaclosteriumF.minutissima)、青岛大扁藻(PlatymonashelgolandicaKylinvar.tsingtaoensis)和湛江叉鞭藻(Isochrysiszhanjiangensis)的96h半数抑制浓度为:1043.77mg/L,76.98mg/L,203.99mg/L,211.90mg/L.实验结果表明:苯乙烯对藻类生长具有明显毒性,但毒性浓度即使在污染环境中也较少见.苯乙烯对不同种藻类的毒性效应也不同,3种海洋单细胞藻类比铜绿微囊藻更为敏感. The toxicity test of styrenen on four algae species, Microcystis aerugionosa Kütz., Nitzschia closterium F. minutissima, Platymonas helgolandica Kylin var. tsingtaoensis and Isochrysis zhanjiangensis were carried out .The 96h E_bC_(50) for them was 1043.77 mg/L, 76.98 mg/L, 203.99 mg/L, 211.90 mg/L , respectively. The tests indicate that styrenen inhibits the growth of the algae,but the toxic concentration is scarce even in polluted environment. Different algae species have different sensitivity to styrenen. Comparing with Microcystis aerugionosa Kütz.,other three sea single-cell algae species were more sensitive.
