胆管癌的CT诊断(附14例分析)

目的 讨论胆管癌影像诊断价值。方法 分析 1 4例胆管癌经CT扫描后梗阻部位、病变形态、密度及胆管的改变 ,该病CT主要征象及鉴别诊断要点。结果 本组 1 4例胆管癌经CT检查均有特异性征象 ,与胆管囊肿等主要良性病变有明显的影像区别。结论 CT对软组织分辨率高可较清晰的显示胆管癌原发病变、胆管扩张程度及对周围浸润范围 ,在早期发现胆管癌和评估预后价值较大。

Objective To discuss the screenage diagnostic value of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The obstructive location, lesion form, density and bile duct change on CT of 14 such patients were analyzed and key points of characteristic and differential diagnosis were discussed. Results The specific characteristics of 14 cholangiocarcinoma patients showed that there was obviously difference compared with the screenage of cyst of bile duct. Conclusion CT could have high differential rate for soft tissue and get clear primary lesion of cholangiocarcinoma, dilated degree of bile duct and range of infiltration. It might be great value in early finding and assessment the prognosis.
