妇产科剖腹手术时行阑尾内翻术30例体会

Experience of Inverted Appendectomy in Gynecological Celiotomy

目的 讨论妇科剖腹术时施阑尾内翻术的可行性及应用价值。方法 结扎、切断阑尾系膜及其血管和阑尾根部 ,剔除阑尾周围脂肪 ,用钝头探针从阑尾盲端缓慢将其内翻于回盲部肠腔内。用 4号丝线“8”字缝合。结果 腹部切口全部 1期愈合 ,无任何并发症。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and application of inverted appendectomy in gynecology. Methods The appendix was inverted into the ileocecum cavity at the root of mesoappendix after ligation and cut. Results All patients recovered in I stage without complication. Conclusion This method could practice in gynecological operation.
