奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡25例疗效观察

Curative Observation on 25 Cases Duodenal Ulcer Treated with Omeprazole

目的 总结奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选择 2 5例典型的十二指肠溃疡病例 ,应用海南三叶药厂的奥美拉唑 2 5mg ,1次 /d于早餐前 30min口服 ,治疗 2周后 ,复查胃镜 1次 ,如溃疡愈合 ,停药观察 ,如溃疡未愈合 ,继续服药 2周 ,再复查胃镜 ,记录病情变化。结果 2 2例中上腹部疼痛消失 ,痊愈2 0例 ,显效 3例 ,无效 2例。结论 奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡 ,可迅速缓解症状 。

Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of omeprazole to treat duodenal ulcer. Methods 25 typical duodenal ulcer patients were treated with omeprazole 25mg/day before breakfast for twice weeks and gastroscope was detected to observe the lesion whether healed or not so that to determine other two weeks intake. Results The epigastric pain of 22 cases disappeared with 20 cases healed, 3 cases effective and 2 cases non-effective. Conclusion Omeprazole could treat duodenal ulcer and remise symptom quickly with high curative effect.
