腹股沟斜疝经腹修补术246例的临床观察

Observation on Curative Effect of 246 Cases Groin Oblique Hernia after Operative Celiotomy Repair

目的 通过小儿与成年人腹股沟斜疝 ,探讨手术方法 ,评价各种术式的优缺点。方法 总结该手术切口 ,寻找疝囊、高位结扎封闭内环及前后壁的修补。结果 本组 2 4 6例经腹修补术 ,除 8例急诊手术外 ,择期手术 2 38例 ,随访 2 36例 ,无 1例手术失败与复发。结论 经腹疝修补术既能达到彻底的高位结扎疝囊 ,又可修补内环的目的。符合解剖生理 ,适宜所有的腹股沟斜疝的治疗。

Objective To discuss the varied operative methods of 246 cases and assess their virtue and shortcomings. Methods The clinical data were analyzed in operative incision, hernia sac, ligation at neck and repair of anterior or posterior wall. Results 236 cases of 238 were followed up except 8 cases emergency operation and all were successful without relapse. Conclusion The celiotomy hernia repair could suitable for varied groin oblique hernia with good effects.
