锁骨下静脉导管采血前去除管内不同液量对检验结果的影响

The Effect of Collecting Blood from Inferior Clavicle Venous Catheter on Blood Test Results

目的 探讨经锁骨下静脉导管采血对检验结果的影响。方法 将 5 4例患者随机分成 3组 ,分别在去除导管内液体 1ml、3ml、8ml后采血 ,并与外周静脉采集的血液同时进行白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板测定。结果 锁骨下静脉导管中去除液体 1ml时 ,血细胞检测结果较外周静脉血的检测结果显著减低 (P <0 .0 1) ;从锁骨下静脉导管去除 3ml和 8ml液量时与外周静脉血无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 锁骨下静脉置管的患者 ,在去除导管内液体 3ml后采血 ,得到的化验结果较为准确。

Objective To explore the effect of collecting blood from inferior clavicle venous catheter on blood test results.Method Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into three groups,discarding 1,3,8 ml heparin solution in catheter respectively. Results There were significant differences of the blood test results between discarding 1 ml heparin solution from inferior clavicle venous catheter and peripheral vein(P<0.01),but no significant difference of the blood test results among discarding 3,8 ml heparin solution from inferior clavicle venous catheter and peripheral vein (P>0.05).Conclusion The blood test results are accurate,in removal of 3 ml heparin solution from inferior clavicle venous catheter.
