两种透析方法对老年尿毒症患者的临床疗效比较及护理对策

The Clinical Efficacy of the Two Dialysis Methods and Nursing Strategy for the Old-aged Patients with Uremia

目的 探讨老年尿毒症患者有效的透析方法及护理措施 ,以提高患者的生存质量。方法 回顾分析 12 2例老年尿毒症患者的血液透析和腹膜透析的临床资料。结果 透析患者均存在营养不良 ,选择腹膜透析治疗的老年患者严重并发症较少、生存质量高于选择血液透析治疗者。结论 做好老年透析患者的心理护理及临床观察 ,积极预防并发症 ,加强营养支持 ,正确选择透析方式是提高老年透析患者生存质量的关键。

Objective To explore the effective dialysis methods and nursing strategy for the old-aged patients with uremia in order to raise their survival quality.Methods The clinical data from hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis of 122 old-aged patients with uremia were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients under dialysis had malnutrition. The old-aged patients under peritoneal dialysis had less severe complications.And their survival quality is better than that of the patients under hemodialysis.Conclusion The key point to raise the survival quality of old-aged patients under dialysis is active psychological nursing, clinical observation,prevention of complications,nutritional support and correct dialysis method.
