Flowline Production of Retarder Maintenance

目前国内外尚未有自动化程度高的减速顶维修流水线 ,传统的减速顶维修工作劳动强度大 ,维修质量不高 ,使得部分减速顶不能发挥其特有的功能 ,并造成顶的使用寿命缩短 ,影响车站编解效率和调车作业安全 ,因此 ,我们决定研制一种减速顶维修流水线 ,以达到规范减速顶维修作业的目的。

There is not flowline production of hight degree automatization at home and abroad,it is strong in intensity of work for traditional maintenance of retarder and low quality in maintenance,it can not give fully play to its special funcition for part of retarders and cause to shorten the life of retarder and influence the efficiency of marshalling-breaking up and safe shunting operation,therefore,we determine to research a type of flowline production of retarder in maintenance so as to reach the aim for standarding maintenance operation of retarder.
