摘要
根据我国侦查程序法制化与科学化的进程及其存在的缺陷,应在我国《刑事诉讼法》修正案中增加、调整侦查条款,制定统一的侦查实施细则,并梳理修正后的我国《刑事诉讼法》关于侦查条款的排列顺序。
This paper points out some defects in legal and scientific course of detective procedure, suggests that we should make some additional detective clauses in the Criminal Procedure Law of P.R.C and enact unified implementing rules, then straighten the order of detective clauses in the revised Criminal Procedure Law of P.R.C .
