侦查阶段的证明标准相对模糊,可操作性不强,而且,绝大多数刑事案件的最终处理机关是人民法院,因而应当立足于司法实践的要求与证明任务完成的需要,对侦查阶段的证明标准重新设置。设置的内容包括实体内容与程序内容。

Testimonial standards in investigative period remain relatively vague presently and can't be effectively operated in practice. Moreover, people's courts will be final organizations to deal with most of the criminal cases, so it's necessary to reconstruct the testimonial standards with both substantive and procedural contents to satisfy the demand of judicial practice and accomplish the testimonial task.
