It's an important measure for China's educational promotion to implement the project on modern open distance education.We should strengthen legislative researches of modern distance education so that the development of modern distsance education can be supported and guaranteed forcefully through legislation and the behavior of running schools of modern distance education can be standardized strictly.Then the development of China's modern distance education can make great healthy progress.
