T_1期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检41例报告

Sentinel lymph node biopsy for T_1 breast cancer (A report of 41 cases )

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检术(sentinellymphnodebiopsy,SLNB)在乳腺癌治疗中的应用。方法使用美蓝染色,对2001年9月至2002年8月连续收治的41例T1期乳腺癌,临床检查腋窝淋巴结阴性的病人行前哨淋巴结活检术。结果SLNB成功率87.8%(36/41),假阴性率5.88%(1/17),准确率97.2%(35/36)。结论SLNB能够准确预测T1期乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的转移情况,在缩小手术范围、减少术后并发症的同时,提高了腋窝淋巴结分期的准确性。

Objective To investigate the role of sentinel lymph node biopsy (S LNB) in treatment of the breast cancer. Methods From Sep.2001 to Aug.2002, senti nel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) by using methylthionium stain were performed in 41 p atients with clinical axillary node negative T1 breast cancer. Results SLNB were successfully identified in 36 of 41(87 8%) patients. The accuracy rate of SLN B to predict axillary lymph node status was 97 2%, with 5 88%false negative rate. Conclusion SLNB can accurately predict the metastatic status of axillary n egative node in T1 breast cancer, and improve the accuracy of the axillary lymph node staging, decrease the extent of surgery and postoperative complication in patients with breast cancer.
