生长素对蔓生紫薇栽植成活率的影响

Effect of Auxin on Vining Grape Myrtle Planting

以蔓生紫薇为试材,进行了不同生长素处理对其引栽成活及早期生长影响的试验。结果表明:不同生长素处理对蔓生紫薇引栽成活和新梢生长的作用存在差异,以强力生根粉600倍液效果最好,引栽成活率和新梢生长量均高于其它处理;80mg/kgNAA,50mg/kgIBA的作用不明显,而这两种生长素混合液处理却对提高引栽成活率、促进生长表现出较好的作用。

Vining grape myrtle(Lagerstroemia indica)plantnets treated with auxins were investigated after planting in field to find out survival and growth rates of plantnet.The results indicated that auxin were significantly effective to viability and growth of the plantnets and root initiation power produced the best effectiveness of the4treatments.Both survival rate and growth yield of the plantnets treated with root initiation power were higher than that of other treatments.NAA and IBA would have more or less negative effects to vining grape myrtle when they were used separately but had positive ones when together.
