摘要
采用清醒绵羊—慢性肺淋巴瘘—内毒素急性肺损伤模型,测定了不同来源标本中几种活性氧含量的变化。结果,内毒素致伤后呼出气冷凝液中H_2O_2浓度增加1倍(P<0.01),动脉血,肺淋巴液和肺泡灌洗液中脂质过氧化物浓度显著增加(P<0.01),动脉血浆和肺淋巴液诱发化学发光显著增强(P<0.01)。表明活性氧在内毒素肺损伤中起重要作用,直接来自肺的标本中活性氧产物的检测,可敏感地反映急性肺损伤。
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of active oxygen in endotoxin-induced acute lung injury (EIALI)on alert sheep with chronic lung lymph fistula. Our results showed that after endotoxin infusion the H_2O_2 in the breath condensate and the MDA content of aortic plasma and lung lymph and BALF were all increased significantly from their base lines (P<0.0l).H_2O_2-induced chemoluminescence(ICL) of aortic plasma and lung lymph were also increased significantly after endotoxin infusion (P<0.01).We conclude that oxygen free radicals play an important role in EIALI and that the measurement which of the samples directly from lung may well reflect the degree of lung injury.
