Summarized the affecting factors of composting process including the oganic matter content,C/N ratio,pH,water con-tent ,temperature of the composting material and oxygen supply.Introduced the efficiency and characteristics of the composting heap turner which developed by ourself to fill the need of oxygen supply,change the temperature,water content and improve pro-ductivity in the composting process.
