摘要
中国本兔28只分为4组,每组7只。不同浓度的百日咳菌液从颈内动脉注射;进行眼底摄影与测量眼底血管直径。结果:0.6 ml/kg实验组兔(N=7)右侧眼底动脉平均直径较注射前明显扩张并持续4小时;0.06 ml/kg实验组眼底动脉扩张持续45分钟;0.006 ml/kg实验组与生理盐水对照组(各7只)均无动脉扩张。4组眼底静脉均无明显改变。0.6 ml/kg实验组血pH、PaCO_2、HCO_3^-较注射前明显降低;脑组织标本平均含水量较对照组增加有显著性差异。研究结果表明高浓度百日咳苗液常可导致脑水肿、酸中毒与明显的眼底动脉扩张。提示临床对感染性脑水肿患者选用扩血管药物治疗必须慎重。
28 rabits were divided into 4 groups various conscentration of pertussis bacterial suspension were injected into the internal carotid artery. The diameter of the vessels of fundi were measured.Results: The mean diameters of the artery of right fundi of 0.6 ml/kg exp. group (N=7) were dilated while compared with data obtained prior to the injection and the dilatation persisted for more than 4 hours.' While the 0.006 ml/kg sroup (N=7) was dilated for 45 minutes. There was no apparent change of the artery of the 0.006 ml/kg exp. group (N=7)and the normal saline control group (N=7). There was no significant change groof the veins of all the 4 groups. Blood gas analysis showed significant decrease of pH, PaCO_2 and HCO_3^- 5 hours after the injection while compared with the data prior to the injection of the 0.6 ml/kg exp. group but no significant chage of the control group. The mean water contant of the brain samples of the 0.6 ml/kg exp. group increased significantly than the control group.These results indicate that the clinical use of vessel dilative drugs to treat infectious brain edema should be very cautious.
