This article has reviewed the features and functions of plastic coatings and discussed one of the typical and widely used plastic coatings formulation experimentally. Through a careful selection of the resins, solvents, pigments, fillers and additives, both in varieties and amount, a plastic coatings fomulation with excellent performance is given.
