骨髓微环境造血调控的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 骨髓造血微环境是造血细胞赖以生存的内环境,它包括基质细胞、细胞外基质以及各种细胞因子等。骨髓微环境通过多种方式支持和调节造血细胞的黏附归巢、自我更新、增殖分化及发育成熟。本文就近年来骨髓微环境造血调控的研究进展作一综述。
