Design, installation and pressure test of evaporator

双效蒸发系统在安装过程中 ,由于设备庞大超重 ,无法进行水压试验 ,因此本设计通过工艺参数调整 ,将压力容器操作改为常压容器操作 ,进行了气密性试验 。

During the installation of double effective evaporation system, the water pressure test for the system couldn't be made, because that the equipment was very big. On the basis of adjusting process parameters in the design, the operation of pressure container was changed into the operation of ordinary pressure container. The air-tight test of the evaporator was carried out to verify its safety and reliability.
