Effects of isoniazid on non-specific immunological function in mice

目的 :探讨异烟肼对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :将 2 0只小鼠随机等分为对照组和实验组 ,对照组用清水喂食 ,实验组用 0 .5 mg/ml的异烟肼喂食 ,1 0 d后检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性的变化以及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性增加 ,巨噬细胞的吞噬功能也有所增强。结论

Objective:To research the effects of Isoniazid on immunological function in mice. Methods:Twenty mice were equally divided into control group and experimental group .The control group were fed with water and the experimental group with 0.5mg/ml Isoniazid for 10 days.Then the changes of acid phosphatase (ACP) activity in peritoneal macrophage(PM) and the engulfing function of PM were observed. Results:Compared to control group,the ACP activity of PM increased in experimental group and the engulfing function of PM increased too. Conclusion:Isoniazid can enhance immunological function in mice.
